1.  T he uneven bars or asymmetric bars is  an artistic gymnastics apparatus . It is made of a steel frame. The bars are made of fiberglass with wood coating, or less commonly wood. The English abbreviation for the event in gymnastics scoring is UB or AB, and the apparatus and event are often referred to simply as "bars".

Aerobic exercise is any type of cardiovascular conditioning, or “cardio.” It can include activities like  brisk walking, swimming, running, or cycling . By definition, aerobic exercise means “with oxygen.” Your breathing and heart rate will increase during aerobic activities.

  The German Friedrich Ludwig Jahn started the German gymnastics movement in  1811  which led to the invention of the parallel bars, rings, high bar, the pommel .

    Gymnastics was invented about 200 Years ago by an inventor called:  Friedrich Ludwig Jahn. He  created it because he thought that physical education in important to our health and our national identity . which why he created the modern Gymnastics
